Conn's Hospitality Group, Inc. took ownership of three properties in October 2021: Vinegar Hill Mall, the old Baur's Steakhouse, and the Dewitt Wycliffe Smith Mansion. Their penchant for historic preservation took hold with a two year long renovation project that culminated in new life coming into the space with the opening of Trish & Mary's Public House in October 2023.
